Justin Loeffler founded Wyoming Hemp Company to bring efficiency and innovation to the rapidly expanding hemp industry. His deep roots in agriculture and proven track record in precision agriculture position him as a visionary leader with the operational expertise to execute WHC's ambitious strategy.
Justin previously built a successful career as a Precision Ag Specialist across Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado. This experience gave him firsthand insights into the challenges facing farmers and fueled his passion for data-driven solutions. Recognizing the immense potential of industrial hemp, he became an early champion of the industry, consulting for growers and actively collaborating with Wyoming officials to pass favorable hemp legislation.
As CEO, Justin drives WHC's strategic growth, oversees all operational aspects, and tirelessly advocates for the industry. His commitment to building partnerships, optimizing processes, and embracing innovation ensures Wyoming Hemp Company will remain at the forefront of the evolving hemp landscape.

Connie Reimers-Hild
Dr. Connie Reimers-Hild is a futurist on a mission to build a thriving, sustainable economy—starting from the ground up with hemp. As the Wyoming Hemp Company’s Futurist, she blends visionary leadership with boots-on-the-ground strategy to shape the future at the intersection of agriculture and the economy.
With a PhD in Human Sciences and Leadership Studies, Dr. Connie has spent her career researching and teaching innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. She has been on the faculty at University of Nebraska–Lincoln for more than twenty years and still maintains an adjunct role in their School of Natural Resources. In her last formal role at the University of Nebraska, she served as Executive Director and Chief Futurist at the Rural Futures Institute (RFI), where she championed bold ideas for rural prosperity and economic resilience.
At WHC, she leverages the WILD Method her company developed—a framework that fuses personal purpose with strategic foresight—to unlock new markets, cultivate powerful partnerships, and embed sustainability into every aspect of the business. Certified in coaching and strategic foresight, Dr. Connie is not just helping WHC grow—she’s helping redefine what growth means in the 21st-century economy.
